Possible Issues

The Solution to Almost Anything Not working Correctly
PrimeMover needs to write to files in its own directory. Its very likely that your company Windows installation has 
security set so that PrimeMover can not write to its own files. This is required for the software to work correctly.

Your Systems administrator will be able to correct this very easily by allowing normal read/write access to the
PrimeMover installation directory.

Installation Registration Code
If you do not have a registration code, during installation simply press <enter> and continue. 
The software will still run but with a discrete evaluation notice showing on most screens.

Bug Report Form

We appreciate your help with any bugs you may have found and will endeavour to product a fix as soon as possible.
Sometime bugs are actually difficulties operating the software or it not doing what you think it should.
In any event we want to hear about any problems you may be having so that we can assist you to resolve the situation.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

    1.  What version of PrimeMover are you using?
         If you are unsure click Help from anywhere in PrimeMover.
         Go to Contents and then the section labelled About PrimeMover.

        

    2.  What operating system are you using?

  *3.   Please enter a brief description of the problem: (example: "Player does not arrive when scheduled")

        

     4.  If the problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to cause it,
          leaving a blank line between steps:
        
         (example: "1. Create a new file. 2. Insert some text ...")

          If the problem is not reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason),
          please describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed:
         
        (note: it is much harder for us to fix non-reproducible bugs)

    5.  If the problem causes any error messages to appear, please write down the exact text displayed
         and enter it here:
         

    6.  Please provide us with the following contact information. We would appreciate you filling this out so
         that we can respond with a fix, a workaround or if we need more details about the problem you have
         encountered such as if we have trouble reproducing the problem you describe.
