1. PrimeMover Configure/Set Times.
2. Move the slide control below the words: Each exercise is hidden for ** minutes until
the desired time shows e.g. 40 minutes.
3. Click OK to exit Set Times. (You may be asked if you
wish to restart the program , Click Yes)
4. Click OK to exit PrimeMover Configure.
