FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

This page contains answers to common questions handled by our support staff, along with some tips and tricks that we have found useful and presented here as questions.

Note: Many answers require the use of the configure program, PrimeMover Configure. This program is found in your PrimeMover group that you can assess by clicking your Windows Start menu then Programs then PrimeMover. From there the various programs contained within PrimeMover are available.

Instruction will be presented like this: PrimeMover Configure/Set Times/check Popups Active This means:-
1. Find the program PrimeMover Configure (which will be in your PrimeMover Program Group) then click PrimeMover Configure.
2. When the program appears click the large button Set Times.
3. When the Set Times dialog box appears click the box to the left of the words Popups Active and ensure there is a tick in the little box.
